About Me
My name is Dani Cohen and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. I have been helping clients with their nutrition for over 10 years, from athletes who want to complement their training to busy mums who just want a healthier lifestyle. Whilst fitness is incredibly important to me, my real passion is nutrition as it is the foundation of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

I understand exactly how overwhelming 'eating healthy' can be. Believe me, I have been there! In a world where we are juggling careers, children and the pressures of general life, I aim to make healthy nutrition part of that life to help you feel your best and achieve your goals. 'Health is Wealth' after all.

‘Every year I seemed to gain weight and it was getting harder to get it off which was worrying.
I tried a few ways to shift the weight before, such as a low carb diet which wasn’t sustainable as after a few days I would end up eating a loaf of bread like a duck.
I heard and saw from a few members at CrossFit the results they were getting when jumping on Dani's nutritional plan and thought I would give it a go.
Dani has been a breath of fresh air. She has pushed me and been so encouraging, constantly hyping me up to keep pushing and to stay consistent.
She educated me on the importance of protein and that I can eat what I want just as long as I hit my protein goal and stay within my set calorie range.
Within 3 months I had dropped 10kg. She supported me by looking at my food intake and giving me suggestions and ideas on "good" food substitutes and creating new habits.
I would definitively recommend her and her wisdom - she is a star!’
